I have purchased a Aquaguard Marvel NXT water purifier from Amazon on the 3rd May 2022, the product was delivered 2 days after the actual delivery date (that too after continuous follow up) and since the day it has been delivered I have been calling Eureka Forbes customer service for installation and till now nobody has come. How many days does the Eureka Forbes need to do the installation?? Whenever I am contacting their customer service I am being given the usual repetitive answers.
I would advise everyone not to buy anything from Amazon and also request the concerned to please see that the consumers don't suffer. Was this information helpful? |
