Eurokids International Private Limited — unreasonable charges levied before refund of half paid franchise fee.

This is to inform that eurokids international private limited has been a very unresponsive company and their appointmented sales manager mr. Chandan bhowmik is the worst possible employee a company can hire he is rudeness personified. On 25 th of nov, 2018 we have paid half of the franchise fee in cheque to eurokids int. Pvt. Ltd. On the context of getting the process started without signing any documents. After they received their unreasonable pricing for pre-school education we understood this will not work in a small town where there are better options available at reasonable cost. This prompt us to ask for the refund of the fees we paid which was never mentioned as non-refundable or deductible but on asking the sum back their sales manager mr. Bhowmik mentioned that we are wasting his time and also they will deduct gst and service charges (Which is invalid after gst laws). I have tried many time to convey the problem to their customers care with no response. This has left me no option but to register a complaint
