Eva Shoppers — Kitchen Rack ordered on 8th feb 2022 amount deducted but not yet delivered

I have ordered a rotating kitchen rack on 8th feb 2022 amount 399 Rupees got deducted from my bank account. but order not yet delivered to me I tried calling to the Number but no Response. Request you to kindly please help me to get my money back.
