Tt. This is regarding the refund request that I have made against my holiday membership to Evan vacation club.
On 2nd Feb Nov 2025(Sunday) Evening, I paid the amount of Rs 170K to one of the representative of Evaan club Mr Krishna and Vijay shukla
On the very next day morning, just after few hours of filling the form, I told them that I will not go for this membership and requested for the refund.
Now I am not getting any response from them and I am continuously following up with them over mail and phone for the refund.
They are making false promises and false information on the name of selling holidays packages and doing the fraud with the innocent people.
Now a week passes and it seems that they deceived me totally and scam us for Rs 170K. They trapped me perfectly.Now saying that we cannot make any refund.
