Sir,
I gave a sum of Rs.6, 00, 000/-(six lakh) approx. to the aforesaid real estate company, in the year 2018 to buy a 1BHK Flat in "RAJARHAT-HUDARAIT, AKANDAKESHORI, KOLKATA-700134, W.B.
There was an sale agreement between us that they will hand over the position in the year 2021.
But, no progress or development has yet been done in that location/site.
I want the moneyback with delayed interest as on date.
Your kind intervention in this regard will be highly solicited.
