Evastone Technology Form Filling Work — fraud and payment

There is coming call from evastone technology. i thought of doing a form filling work. I registered myself through an executive but at that same moment cancelled it. I even have the email in which i told him that i am not interested. He didn't tell me anything further. Now i am getting messages about a legal notice that i am supposed to pay 8500. Please help me.

I registered my self in EVASTON.. I'm not able to submit the work at given time.. they send an email stating they filed a case and sent a legal notice to my mail ID and as per my knowledge legal notice cannot be sent via electronic mail, now they are saying they will fax that to nearby police station.
Some places their company name mentioned as EVASTON and somewhere it is EVASTONE..
The advocates names are, minhaz patil, Rahul Verma and Deepak patil.

They are not giving the company details and they even have company website but they are providing online works.
Completely fraud they are blackmailing people and scaring them by sending email legal notices that too manual typed one.

This is completely fraud, please look into it.

I am receiving same calls, it's a fake company, they won't dare to do anything since they are scared enough . Download true caller and don't rcv the scam calls and don't respond either, I am doing the same

Please help me maine form fill kia sare ab keh rahe hai accuracy sahi nahi hai sare form galt hai. Apko 6600 pay karna padega.

I am from Hyderabad. I see all your comments. But i see you don't have enough proofs. I am doing work from them. I will complete my work on Sunday. I have all phones numbers and email IDs. And I also recorder their calls. They sent me work. And the person who sent me work his phone number is swiftoff and not responding on emails. However no issues. They sent me 2500 forms and I almost completed and I have complete 2500 screenshots of my work. Let's teach them good lesson. Let's see what will they reply me after submitting my work on Sunday. I will reply you soon what to do next. We will take good action please wait.

second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.

I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. they are not even writting their company's name. in legal notice if they are not giving company's name don't give any attention to them.[ only their web for form filling without company name cannot take such legal action in the court] in the court they have to give their name. SO DON'T pay anything All may have mobile no. of their executives. One may approach on the Central Govts. app. like namoapp and complaint about such companies.
