Hi,
I have purchased a pack of LED bulbs on 23rd, sep, 2015.
Now one of the bulb is not working. Kindly help me to get the replacement as my product is under warranty.
I have attached the invoice and sent the mail to [protected]@eveready...
But till date I have not received any reply from their side.
There is no other way I can reach them. In fact it is not at all possible to contact them over the phone. None of the numbers listed in the website, internet are not picked up.
I am really confused what to do next?
Shall I raise a complaint in the consumer court.?
How much money I can ask them from the court?
