Eviano digital complaint - fraud of 1730 from credit card

M/s eviano digital, has fraudulently taken money from me on pretext of offering 6 movie tickets for rs.50 only.
The bank procedure is totally failing here as the transaction did not even asked me my secure pin number or otp pin number.
This is totally cheating and fraud at the same time money is needed to be refunded
Also would request you to take up this matter to close such kind of websites.
