I had given my nissan micra for service in the month of august, at that time i was informed that the tyres are bad and it should be changed after changing the bush of the shock absober. The cost of the bush will be inr2500 only.
Based on this i gave the car on 23/11/23 to change the bush. After removing the whole shock absober the service engineer informed me that both shock absorbers and few other parts have to be changed costing inr23300/- it was a trap done by evm nissan kalamasherry ernakulam branch.
I agreed to pay based on the confirmation that they will arrange to send the card swiping machine at the time of droping the car.
I was following up from 4 pm 24/11/23 - regarding droping back of the car, promises were made by the service engineer that car will be deliverd, driver is on the way etc etc.
At 6 pm when i contacted the driver, he said they can not bring the swiping machine and hence car can not be deliverd.
If i was in formed earlier i woul have made alternative arrangments.
If evm nissan can not trust the customer for 23300 payment, how can we trust evm nissan's engineer, managment and drivers. What is the gaurantee the engineers have repaired or changed the parts ?? what is the gaurantee the drivers are trust worthy ??
such a bad service, false promises and attitiude.
