Exa Technologies — harassing to pay rs.9000

I'm veerendra kumar from a. P, i'm poor and i have a family too. I got a call from exa technologies for offering a part job, they said me to send my aadhar card photo to their whatsapp number, after sent my aadhar card photo, they mailed me about the job details with an attachment of legal agreement of digital signature and penalty for not doing job.
Immediately i sent a mail to them i'm not interested in this kind of job. They said if you don't want to do job then pay penalty of rs.9000, otherwise court case will be made about you.

From today i'm getting calls to pay rs.9000 and it's harassing me..
