Exceed Consultants — Fake consulting firm

Got a mail from Exceed Consultants stating recruitment and placements of engineers. I visited their office at sant nagar ( Full Address: 22, 1st Floor, Street No-4, Block A2, West SANT NAGAR, (near Muthoot Finance), Burari, Delhi-110084). The person named NAKUL KUMAR assured me to arrange interviews with leading IT companies, he charged me 1250 Rs for registration, and told me the amount is completely refundable incase i didnt get placement or want to back off at any time. After, 10 days when i called him on his mobile no. [protected], he said, he is in Banglore and his office is closed. He didnt arranged single interview and is not refunding my money.
