Sir my name is Surya prakash tiwari. I am the resident of Ghaziabad Uttar pradesh INDIA. Few days ago I was searching for a part job so i came across a job on of online form filling from the company excel bpo services which is in Maharashtra.In this I have to complete 1500 forms within 10 days their were two conditions by the company that if I am not able to complete my work within time or if I failed to achieve the 90% accuracy in my work. I have to pay Rs 4990/- as a penalty. I have completed my work in the time.But they said their are some minor minor mistakes in my work so I have to pay 5100/- as penalty or else you will not get your salary. I thought that their must be some mistakes in my work that's why they are saying for the money.So I paid them Rs 5100/- as a penalty now after paying them the amount one of their employees called me and said your file is with our advocate so now you have to pay Rs 4990/- to close our file until that we can't give you the salary.I refused them to pay the money as i have already paid Rs 5100/- as a penalty. They said ok so now our advocate will get in touch with you soon. Next day advocate mailed me that you have to pay Rs 4990/- or else the matter will go in court.I told him everything from the starting till the end. Advocate said ok so you have already pay Rs 5100/- as a penalty. I said yes he replied ok . After 3 hours one man called me by saying that I am talking from the court and your file is lying in front of me.You have two options either continue your 11 months bond with company or cancel your agreement. He told me that if I continue this bond I have to pay Rs 9800/- something or if I cancel the bond then I have to pay Rs 49000/- something and if I refused to pay these amount.Company will file a case against me and I have to pay Rs 1, 50, 000/- . Recently I came to know that this company has cheated on many peoples.I have the screenshots of few of the complaints which many people have written on the internet. So, Sir please look into the matter and please help us.
