Excel Dwellings — Technical issues occurred in Angel broking app and unable to cancel the order - Reg.,

I have been using the Angle Broking app (Customer id: M659533) for the past two months and am also trading as delivery and intraday. On March 15, 2022, I purchased (sold trade) the Excel industry in an intraday manner, but unfortunately, it was placed in a delivery manner. I had planned to exit the shares at 3 pm on March 15, 2022, but it was not possible to cancel the order and try more than 5 times. That share was converted into the open sell option and, without worrying me, it’s sold out. It was very bad. Actually, I tried to cancel the order at 3 pm on March 15, 2022, but due to your server problem, I was unable to cancel the order. Herewith I have enclosed the video, which I tried to cancel the excel industry order for your reference. Also, I kindly request that you kindly give me an option to sell the Excel industry share and add it to my portfolio account.
Also, my account details of money values are changed every three hours, so it is not constantly, which is also taken as screenshots for your reference purpose.
Suppose I am not receiving as a possible manner and I will circulate the video in social media and top news channel as well as NSE website.
