[Resolved] Excel Typists Company — Fake legal notice

Got a call from EXCEL TYPISTS COMPANY. Totally fake people. Asked me to submit an agreement and if the work is not done, then there will be a penalty of cost 7500.

BUT I have received Legal Notice on dated 15.07.2022 FROM advocate Naveen Sharma mobile number [protected] from Aurangabad-Maharashtra for penalty of cost 375980.

It was a suspicious call but I needed a job so I believed.

Now I got to know that it is totally fake and many people got legal notice from their FAKE lawyers also.

I am afraid. Please help me & look into this,

Respected Sir, Excel typists is a kind of Fraud company first they were showing some short kind of data entry which can be done in 5 minutes as example . But the actual work load the are providing in just 6 days for 300 pages. I have paid of rupees 7200 as penalty for using server charges of 6 days for a one whole month which could not complete the job the are providing. But dated 17.07.2022 we have received legal notice from advocate naveen sharma, aurangabad, for payment of penalty amount 375980 Below here Advocate details Naveen sharma Mobile 9638506404 Company web site Http://except posts.com Kindly help me and support for this fraud issue.
