I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the internet services provided by Excell Media Pvt Ltd. 8-2-268/N/28/A/2, Quinn House, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034 INDIA. Despite paying for a reliable connection, I have been experiencing persistent disconnections and poor service quality.

- Service Provider: Excell Broadband
- Date of Issue: August 20, 2025
- Description of Issue: The internet connection has been repeatedly disconnected since August 20, 2025. Despite lodging complaints, the issue has not been resolved.
- Unresponsive Customer Care: The customer care number 44788888 was not working, stating technical failure, but later became functional. This is the only number on which a customer can get access to the service provider.
- Complaint Registration: I personally visited the Excell Broadband office at Srinagar Colony on August 24, 2025, and registered a complaint with Ticket ID-1941218.
- Temporary Restoration: The connection was briefly restored on September 5, 2025, but the issue recurred.
- I have noticed a pattern of disconnections during weekends in the past, which are typically restored after complaints
- The lack of internet has caused significant distress and disrupted in my daily life, affecting my ability to use essential electronic devices.
