Dear Team,

Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd Company owned by Mr Naresh Bharde & Reshma Hajite & Manisha Bharde cheated us & is not returning our money of total - 1.5 Cr ( One crore 50 lacks) with interest uptill now.

I want to lodge a complaint against "Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd" company owned by Mr Naresh Bharde.

We have purchased a plot with them in 2013 Nov with a buy back facility of 100%.

1- Plot details : Saswad Poona - 4850, 000 ( forty eight lacks 50 thousand) with buy back agrrement - after 4 hours double ( 99 lacks)

2- Plot purchased in Solapur[protected] twenty six lacks) with buy back agreement, after 4 hours double ( 52, 00000)

We have amenity agreement made between both the parties where company was suppose to return my total money of 1.5 cr by month of Nov 2017.

I am following up with the company from last 6 years, there is no reply from company Finally met Mr Naresh Bharde owner of the company is saying he is not going to pay me money & i will have to keep waiting for a year more.

I want to take a strict action against it & want my hard earned money back from company.

Attached along with Amenity agreement.

Pls help me to get my money back, i have other liabilities planned considering i would get this money.
