I got the call from the company, I went on 10th March, I met with Agent, She told me that I will arrange the telephonic round from Dabur company for HR manager. If you selected then you will give me Rs. 2500, I said okay. After that She arranged telephonic round with Dabur's Recruitment Team named Vandana and Agent told me that you got selected please deposit Rs. 2500 and Rs. 7500 as retention money for 6 months in Dabur. I deposited Rs. 10, 000. She gave me 9th April to get the offer letter and Appointment letter from Dabur.

But I had a doubt why she told me for waiting one month, I investigated personally that No HR named Vandana called me for the telephonic round from Dabur company

Many time I called to Company, they talked me very rudely and denied to refund my money back. The company has cheated me. They will be liable to charge under IPC-sec 420 and Violation of Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Now I want my money back with interest of my money and with compensation for sitting me idle for more than one month.
