I am writing this review to warn everyone against ExcelR Marathahalli/BTM Layout. They completely cheated us and took our money through an EMI plan, and now they are dodging our calls and stalling for the past 4 months.
Before joining, we explicitly informed the executive that we had severe health issues and couldn't travel daily. The executive assured us there would be no issues, forced us into an EMI procedure, and promised flexible classes. However, after we attended just THREE classes, ExcelR suddenly shut down their entire Marathahalli branch!
They told us we had to travel all the way to their BTM Layout branch to attend classes. BTM Layout is incredibly far and impossible for us to travel to given our health issues. This is a complete breach of contract and a total failure of service.
When we asked for a refund, they agreed. But from April to July, they have done nothing but lie and stall. Every time we call or text, the executive gives excuses like "I'm on leave" or "I am busy." We have even traveled there multiple times on Sundays just to get an update, and they refuse to respond properly. Now they are lying, claiming they never forced us to join, and refusing to share the enrollment call recordings.
Meanwhile, my bank is still deducting EMIs for a service ExcelR failed to provide. I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) against this absolute fraud.
Do not trust ExcelR. They take your money upfront, close their branches, and leave your credit score trapped in EMI loans! Was this information helpful? |
