Excelsior Organisation — fraud company cheating employees

I felt they were just brainwashing me and everything is scam please please young people do not waste time. The most shocking thing is its a genuine company it's not fake. But their business model is recruitment which is a pyramid scheme.T hat makes the owners of the business rich in a short time .while the employees beg for money and leave after a couple of months. Freshers reading this, Please don't fall for this. They'll say optimistic things and unrealistic goals like become a manager, free training but that is all fake .to make you more motivated for collecting money for their dirty work. they don't have fixed salaries its performance based. commission based. if 200 employees collect a donation of 1000rs per month, 200*1000=200000 per month for the organization. And trust me some employees get so motivated they even ask money from their family to get larger cuts. This is designed only to profit the organization and its owners in a short time. Please don't fall for this fraudulence.
