Executive — Fraud executive

Dear team,
As I was in real need of finance I had contacted executive by checking add on fb so he said he will process my loan and asked me for some amount for procedure and then he said he will approve the loan as all doc are the scorrect but than I got a call from his verifier Mr.Manish he asked me for pre emi amount wherein I transferred immediately but yet no loan approval I had raised my concern alot of time by calling and mail as well yet team is useless helpless not worthy about the concern please do refund my amount even they had not given me loan acc no
