Those who are cheated and mis-sold the policy by Exidelife..and haven't get resolution from insurance, IRDAI..

My father had been cheated with False commitment and signature forge by Exidelife agent for the premium of
Rs. 1, 50, 000..saying One-time premium but actually its 15 years term..and the policy was issued against me (son) instead of my father.
As you all did, I too did a formal compliant but didn't get any resolution from Exidelife..then I came a cross the above article and approached the Moneylife.in.. I got the resolution within 24 hours and got money back within a week credited to my dad's account without any deductions.
If you don't know what is Moneylife.. they are financial magizine, investment advisor...
