My name is Dinesh Kumar Gautam. EXL service offered me a job as a lead assistant manager (noida). I resigned from my previous organization ( TCS) on the basis of offer, on the onboarding day I was informed that offer has withdrawn stating that I abscond previously. However about the absconding I inform to recruiter when my first round happened. I have that sms wherein I provided my employee ID also same was informed on call but did not recorded that call.
