I have ordered one soft silk saree from saribox last month in the name of

Manimegalai, sree sathya nivas, old no.58, new no.35, ramakrishna puram 5th street, chokkam pudur road, oimbatore-641 001 under awb no.[protected] your courier person not come to our house or even not contacted over phone in this regard. But i am receiving message like 'undelivered because not accepted this item. Not available at the place. This was communicated to customer care also over phone. Then they have agreed to deliver it within 26th december 18. But done so
