I had done investment with expat properties in 2014 when I was in dubai. I have paid the entire amount against this investment for two plots in their harmony 2 project in sindhudurg district, maharashtra. Also got token receipt agreement on government stamp apper. I have not received any response on the project progress and when will my plots be registered on my name. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact their offices in bangalore
The concerned sales staff from their dubai office have left the job and there is no one that can be contacted in dubai and bangalore office. All their contact numbers are simply ringing and no one picking up the phone. I have been trying to get in contact with their mumbai office customer relationship personnel, but most of the times the call get auto disconnected. It seems clear that they are trying to avoid any contact with existing customer.
