Expert Ro Care — fraud ro service company selling amc in name of ao smith, replacing original filters with duplicat

I have a AO Smith RO water purifier which was due for service and filter change. I have found number for Expert RO care online registered as third party AO SMITH service. Called and they immediately came, replaced the filters and charged 17850 as AMC charges for next two years of service.
Soon we realized that they were fraudsters and installed duplicate filters in our machine. I called them back asking to refund the AMC amount deducting the charges for filters they have installed. In return they asked us to wait and they will refund the amount. Since then they are not picking mine or my husband's calls.
Tried reaching out to them but no response. Water quality is bad and my family is falling sick again and again. They are doing the same with others as well around Begur and BTM area in Bangalore.
