First off, I'm a very busy person but I have to write this because of the bad behavior of your employees.
One of your employees has been calling for many days and forcing to buy the plan. This is a very bad sales practice.
It will not take your company anywhere. You can't force customers to buy your plans or anything. She wasted a lot of my time and was not ready to listen to me. Continuously forcing to pay for the plan and not check reviews anywhere on Google because people say anything on Google. She wanted to personally show me everything so that I don't get to see these reviews. But I was guessing that something is wrong so I said I don't want to buy any plans and she started to abuse me.
Also, I can see that you are consistently copy-pasting your replies here. "Give your registered contact number or email ID", I'm not going to give you anything so DO NOT WRITE THAT SAME REPLY THAT YOU ARE WRITING EVERYWHERE IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY READING THIS!!!
If everyone is complaining about the same thing, the problem is within your whole organization. So instead of asking me my email ID, draft an email to your CEO and tell them to improve the organization otherwise it will be doomed really soon. Was this information helpful? |
