Unprofessional, untrained and ill-mannered staff. Narrate a problem to one, they all will come defending each other without taking any sort of responsibility.
Request them to behave, they’ll make you look like a fool. They ask you to tell them the problem and then they try to divert your mind so that you forget about their notorious behaviour (‘cut the crap kind of attitude).
Give them honest feedback, they stop giving you support and even stop responding.
Make complaint, they come back with even more fierce behaviour. Don’t be surprised if you get this from their Quality team.
Request them for a refund, they tell you to buzz off in their own unique way.
Request them to escalate, they act like they are the senior most (‘do whatever you want, we don't give a damn' kind of attitude).
Request them for email of any SLT (Senior Leadership Team) or higher management or someone who is bit responsible, they again tell you to buzz off.
Every negative comment over the Internet about them seems to be very much true.
They chase you literally for months to become a paid member and if you decline they start misbehaving and try to scare you by telling you that your business will soon phase out if you do not opt for their paid membership (and what not).
Then after sometime another one will chase and then another, this continues till either you get convinced that they’ll give sound business or get scared that only they can save your business otherwise you have no chance of survival.
Once you start paying attention, that’s when they start their train of fanciful promises. These special promises keep getting disregarded one by one as you make payments. Now when you have made full payment, they come up with another plan to get more money from you. They force you in different ways to pay for it. They blatantly tell you that they will not promote your website if you do not pay more. When you ask them for a refund, they remind you that you agreed to all terms and conditions while making the payment. They twist your arm for money.
There is no coming back. They work like a mafia. Missing the most basic necessities/requirements of service industry, soft skills, customer handling skills, active listening and etiquette leave aside your business. No one takes any responsibility.
Lady from the Feedback team says “yours is not the only company, we have hundreds of other companies as well. You have been given the control panel access, you can do it yourself”.
Quality team member has the all the guts to say that “if we take action against any employee and fire him, or kill him or hang him or crucify him and he dies, we cannot take the responsibility of next employee who joins in his place”. Don't know who asked him to think of such brutality, they're just employees, all you need to do is just educate and train them well or hire better employees. It is that simple. See, no one needs to die, you go home happy and the customer also goes home happy.
So, coming back to point, basically, they do not take responsibility for anything, but they do responsibly chase you to your grave for money.
They have their own way of handling their customers. And don't be surprised if you not only dislike their behaviour but may also become irate to an extent that you may have to consider remedies to normalize your blood pressure.
Pssst..You may even end up knocking your legal adviser’s door as well.
