I ordered a fastrack woman's watch from this site as i received a call from this side. She told me that if i purchase any item from there then they will offer a gift with my order but order should be min 599. They offer me dell laptop but i refuse to accept the gift then she said okay we will send your watch but they sent me man fastrack watch which i have never ordered. I called her but she advised me to call customer care. Customer care asked me to mail them then i did so but they didn't respond me. I called many times some time they said we are updating the order. Sometimes they didn't picked up my call. Finally yesterday i called them then she said that u have to pay 2% of dell laptop which was my gift and the amount is 7199/-.. But i refuse to accept the gift. Then she said this is the only option. I said i will file complaint against you then she said okay. Was this information helpful? |
