Expresscok — I am complaining about my package from Kochi ---> Germany

I sent a package from India to Germany . I paid for the package close to 20, 000 INR for the package to sent.

The sender (expresscok) by themselves acted as DHL agents and faked their company details.

After wards, i was being asked by the DHL Express to pay extra for the package to be delivered.

I contacted DHL Germany to understand the issue and they said, this should have been covered by the sender store.

I tried contacting the sender store (ExpressCok) multiple times and they said, its the customs that i have to pay this. I am ready to pay the custom duties, but not the extra levy charges put on my package which i have already paid.

I clearly this place as a scam to rip off common man and i request to file them against the same. I would like to request for a refund which is the extra money that i had to pay for from my pocket.

I hope a common ground will be formed for the case and will be taken care of.
