I have been talking to the expert counselor on WhatsApp, and they tell us everything. We repeatedly asked if there was an offline test series, and they said everything would be provided, so we enrolled in a 6-month subscription. But when we attended a session, the mentor told us that there is no offline test series, only online. On November 8, we again spoke to the counselor, but they did not respond to my query. I have proof of this conversation, but until now, there has been no response. I also emailed and called, but it's been almost a week with no action. The expert's terms and conditions state that a refund can be requested within 14 days if no more than one session is taken. Please check my email and take some action. We are just getting excuses, and no action is being taken.
