Sir,
I hope WBTC is the best transport Corp in Kolkata. But today I share my experience with WBTC team.
I share the incident below…
Today I got the S12 Bus (Bus Number:WB 05 1161) at Chingrighata ao about 4:45 am. When Conductor asking for fair, I request him to please print the Ticket as “Chingrighata to Howrah” on my ticket, But he refuse it and give me The ticket Printed As “New Town To Howrah” and took rs. 11 from me. This is not happen with me first time. A couple of day ago I also noticed he printed more than 10 tickets previously from New town to Howrah and give all people who ride at Chigrighata…
So, please look into this matter, that every passenger should get the right destination Ticket at the time of journey…

I travel journeys from Sealdah to College More(Sector-V) Original Fare was Rs. 9.00 (7.5 km distance) in everyday. But, Each Conductor taken Rs.10.00 by Fare (viz. 1 Ticket No. 0008665 dt.13.07.2022, Time 09:49 AM, SPECIAL 33, Bus No. WB051448, C. Tk No: TC5321, 40828, V.No. 93). So, kindly take necessary steps of Conductor as soon as possible.

Here I submit my 4 (Four) Tickets Copy. So, please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.
