Eye7 Chaudhary Eye Centre — medical negligence and fraud

I went to the eye7 to get lasik done by dr sanjay chaudhary. However, instead he fraudulently sent his inexperienced son, dr rahil chaudhary to do the surgery. Even after 4 months, i'm not able to see properly and can't drive. My work has been hampered and my efficiency decreased. Other reputed doctors have concluded that i was not a fit case for surgery. My life has been spoiled. I'm 40 yrs old middle class man with 2 small kids. Please help me in getting justice
