I had to move my scooty and some household products from Bangalore to Bokaro.

At first he was very polite and friendly and told that it will be home pick up and drop facility. For scooty he told he would charge 4000 and then for the goods RS 75 per kg also that there would be no GST and no other charges apart from these. He promised that he would bring weighing machine along for transparency.

The next day his men came and then told that they picked up other persons stuff and couldn't bring weighing machine along. They packed my scooty and my house hold goods in a cartoon and loaded and went way. In the evening the person called me and told that It would cost me total 6500. I was really shocked. For scooty he promised 4000 and other items were less than 12 kgs. When I asked him why so much of extra charge he told he would take into consideration volumetric weight and not weight of the goods. Knowingly the man had packed my goods in bigger carton than required. When I told him I don't want to send my goods anymore he told come pay 2500 for the packing we did and take you scooty and goods. I had no choice but to agree with him. I paid the entire amount. He had picked up my goods and 15 and promised to deliver me within a week.

After I paid the amount he stopped responding my calls, he was supposed to give me the tracking number. I called him multiple times he did not pick up. After chasing him for 5 days he gave the tracking number.

Now the goods and scooty reached my hometown on 27th and then I had to go and collect my scooty. For the goods they are telling to come and collect again.

This is really very disappointing and I really don't know what to do at this point of time.

Need some action to be taken against the person and the company.
