Ezeedeal — not providing the ordered items

Ordered jbl bluetooth speaker and wireless ear pod from ezeedeals on august 27th 2019, it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

What i received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned jbl brand on the website. I need to return this duplicate product and get my money refunded back asap.

Customer service number given by ezee deals after order completion [protected] is fake and doesn't work

Hello i got defective item and no any contact or helpline support us...
I already send mail but no reply..
This is not good
My order no [protected]
They showed Mi3 band and actually m3 and both are defective
I pay 1399/- rs already contact argent

They have post a Ad on Facebook about JBL Bluetooth along with 2 earpods. But they have delivered a local Chinese mini speaker. It's a complete car of forgery with consumers.
