I have purchased a m4 smart bracelet on 13th march and recieved the product on 20 march 2020. After setting the product it worked for 2 days and the third day it stopped charging. I tired to contact the customer care so that i can verify my doubts. And then i opened the second watch with the hope that it will work but it did not started even for setting purpose or charging. It not even started. I mailed on the mail id of the company but didnt got any response. I request you to plesse consider my complaint and refund my money or replace the product.
