Ezeedeals Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1 New Delhi Delhi 110020 — wrong product sent and damaged one

I have order JBL Speakers on 24th September-2019. I have received courier on 28th, but it is not JBL Speaker and it is damaged one, when i trying to contact on Customer care number [protected], it is automatically disconnecting. And i have sent 3 to 4 e-mails to [protected]@ezeedeals.in, in reply they have sent o the following e-mail once, that they will resolve with 24 /48 hours, but no response from them.
