I have ordered jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker & get tws mini earpod free (Eze000195) on 5 june 2019. But a different product was delivered on 9 june. The same thing was updated to your cc executive on 10 june and she has agreed to ship the proper one. Sent mail too. But response from any side. I am trying to reach the support number. It is not at all work.
Kindly do the needfull

I brought this product mi band 3 on buy 1 get 1 free and they sent me fake product as they written 100% orignal how could a .in company can do it so openly without any action, kindly tell me how to legally handle so that anymore people wont be theft by them
