I Have Ordered with a Order No: [protected] on 03.10.2019 a smart Watch which was shown as MI Smart Watch 1+1 Offer and paid an amount of INR 2000 and they have delivered a duplicate watch showing as M4

After receiving the product i have tried calling many times to the customer care but they have kept a system of auto cut after one ring.

I have mailed around 4-5 times but no reply from their side.

Do Please help and how they are undoubtedly cheating customers and running their business in such grand way...
