I had ordered mi band 3 on date 07/08/19. But i have received wrong product. On website they show mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 free. I got two bands but they are not mi product. The packat also not contain warranty card as they show 1 year warranty in payment receipt.
I got product named intelligent health bracelet having name like m3 my device my life.
In my payment receipt the product name showing like
Mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 free (Eze000555)
But on product package it show me
Ezd[protected]
I thing they delivered wrong product.
The package is from success gadget store, okhla delhi. I have tried to contact customer care but number is not exist. The number is [protected]
I have also tried help line number provided in payment receipt that is [protected] but there are no any one to take call. Tried multiple times but no answer.
Please resolve it as soon as possible
