Kanakadurga[protected] Submit a Complaint
I got a call from e-zone enterprise to work on mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] and when i had sent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app.
But the other link they had sent was showing blank page.There was not even an interface to work, and when I called back they are not responding, if they lift the mobile without listening my problem they are asking me to pay the penality to get out from this issue.Then i got realised that I am trapped.sir, please take quick action against them and resolve this problem as quickly as possible to get me out from this issue. i was paid amount how much they want but they sad i will file case
i have all proofs payment proof and voice recording also
please solve problem and refund my amount to back sir
