Eztrolley — No update on the order and no response to queries

I placed an order in the website (Order number a[protected] on 8th july for harpic bleach. I have asked for cod (Cash on delivery). The order details mentioned that it would be deliverd by 9th july between 1 to 4 pm. It is 13th july today and no update on this. I have sent multiple reminders but there is no update on that. Also i tried calling up the number they have mentioned[protected], but it comes as switched off. Basically you don't have any choice left with you. If i had not opted for cash on delivery and paid through credit card or other means, i would have to forget the amount.
