F. R. O And Liu Office Noida — passport verification

Hi Sir,
I would like to know the status of my application which is pending since 10th of July.the file no is DL[protected]. I am not able to get any update from Passport Seva or FRU LIU office Noida. I am tired of visiting RK PURAM office, FRU office police station and there also I dont find any status.

Everytime I call Passport seva I always get the same update " Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office." No one picks up call at RK Puram office. My first question is where is my file? and from where am I getting the passport as my address is of Ghaziabad and I have applied in delhi and no one is able to help me.

Please tell me the status of my application and why is it pending for so long
