F1 Info Solutions (jabra Service) — Regarding Service Center not providing good support

I was having issue with my Jabra Elite 7 Pro so i reached out to service centre and they forwarded my complaint to service centre for pickup (F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited.

The service centre received my product on 4 october and said they will inspect and provide me update on that. After 14(19 October) days they reach out to me and said Jabra Elite 7 Pro is end of life model and hence we will provide Jabra Elite 8 as a replacement unit and i agreed on that.

No update untill 26 October I always mail on whats the status. On 26 they say Elite 8 Active is in transit and one it will reach the service center i will get the replacement.

On 2 November ‘23 this is the message I received “Please note that due to stocks not available the replacement is getting delayed.” When they said that the replacement was in transit and now saying the product is not in stock.

Its been more than a month im waiting on my replacement unit and they are only delaying it. No good communication and not providing clear answers to my questions.
