F6 Finserve Pvt. Ltd. — fraudulent pledging of investor shares

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

Owners pankaj goel & sumit goel of f6finserve pvt ltd, gurgaon, stock broker, are illegally pleding investor shares with banks & exchanges. Since 23rd jan 2018, we have been chasing them for delivery of our shares more tna 80 lakhs in worth. They have advised us to wait, a stheir company is going through finnacial stress, & they are actively looking for stake sale.

What has an investor to do with this. I need my money back, which has been denied to me since 23rd jan 2018. Enough emails/whatsapp/sms are on records. Complaints have been filed with sebi also.

Kindly help me.

Member now declared as defaulter in both the exchange (BSE & NSE).For details check NSE CIRCULAR dtd.06/04/2018 and bse BSE notice dtd.03/04/2018.
Me too am facing the same issue with F6finserve. Their trading terminal is not working since Friday, 23rd Feb. They a haven't solved the problem till now. And also they are not honoring my Payout requests. You can contact me to talk regarding the same

We have trading account with F6 FINSERVE..they are not giving payout to clients as well as NSE terminal new order got rejected from 23 feb..also lodged complain to NSE..i want my money which is 4.85 lakh and holding of 75000 rs..made a repeat request to transfer my money to bank account but they are not replying on mail as well as they are not picking phone also..plz look the matter...
