I have booked hotel on fabhotels.com site from 07 feb 2019 to 11 feb 2019. I have called the hotelier if the booking is confirmed and he said yes. I even got a message from fab that booking is confirmed. They called me to pay rs. 775 as a prepaymemt so that room is available. I paid 775. After that they told me that room is not available in this hotel and we'll shift you in some other hotel. I somehow managed and agreed on that. I couldn't checkin on 7th but when i tried to checkin on 8th, they said that booking has been cancelled as i didn't show up. It was 10.30 in the night and being a girl it became so difficult for me to manage in gurgaon. I didn't get any information regarding cancellation. I was completely dependent on this booking because i had made a prepayment too. I should have been informed for the same. I got some other hotel later and made the booking for which i paid rs. 531 higher than i was supposed to pay at fab hotel for 2 days. Further the have forfeited mt 775 bucks which i paid to ensure confirmed booking.
Please take this into consideration and get my money back.
