I had ordered three Bandhani sarees (Magenta-Mehandi, Black-Red and Parrot Green-Maroon) amounting to Rs.2705 on October 31st, 2016 (ORDER ID: 33596). Later I received an SMS giving me the tracking details (S[protected], Delhivery couriers). On tracking the same, I was told that the shipment has not been manifested by the seller. I repeatedly called the couriers as well as Fabledeal. Finally, a customer care executive of Fabledeal picked up my call and asked me to cancel the order citing 'logistic issues' and 'late delivery'.
Even after a week passed, I did not receive any intimation of refund. The reference Id REF9654FD02211. I tried calling the customer care ( as well as a toll free number ([protected]), but no one answered the call. I tried communicating through a live chat where the executive made be wait for long and I was finally met with replies in tune with 'it will be processed soon' and 'the complaint is forwarded' etc
I would like to receive the refund at the earliest. I hope appropriate action is taken and the issue is resolved as early as possible.
