Fabledeal Online — Refund not received order ID - 34663

I placed an order on 02/12/2016 for milton flask amounting rs 1053.55
This order was cancelled by fabledeal stating the reason as item out of stock.
I was promised that the refund will be processed within 5-7 days but it has been over 3 months, i've written multiple email to them regarding this problem but they still haven't addressed this issue.

I ordered a dress instead received a used old saree.These people are fraud and on their fb page there is no option to see comments.Tried to communicate with them but no one gives reply and I lost my 700 rs.No refund yet
