Fablestreet — Replacement/Refund Not Received

Purchased 4 items (2 shirts, 1 top, 1 jacket) on 29th Mar. The size was too small even though it was L which is usually a loose fit for me. Requested for exchange - bigger size (XL) for 2 shirts and 1 jacket, 1 pant in place of the top. Got the exchange items but now they were too big. Requested a return for the 2 shirts and 1 jacket. Requested for a refund as they didn't have proper sizes like other brands but they refused and said they'll give a gift card instead. Also requested exchange of the pant for a different pant. The 2 shirts, 1 jacket and 1 pant were picked up by the courier person. Did not receive any gift card for weeks, so requested them to exchange the 2 shirts and 1 jacket with different items. It is almost a month now and have not been receiving any update on these 4 items. I want a refund of Rs.9300 back to my bank account as i don't wish to continue being their customer, considering the horrible service.

The courier company picked up the two packages of FableStreet as a return/exchange pickup and gave me the pickup receipts. I did not get any AWB number. Now FableStreet is acting like there was no return/exchange at all and is refusing to refund my money. I spent Rs.9300 on this. They are both cheating customers as you can see on their social media pages filled with complaints. Please help me get my money back.
