Fabnio.com — I purchased two sarees for rs.1499/- each but the site seems to be fraud and is not giving no replies for calls or not even giving return option

I purchased 2 sarees with Fabnio.com at price 1499/- each registered on 3rd of Jan 2019 and got it delivered on 8th of Jan 2019. But when i saw the pack it was very very horrible. the one choose was something different and the one i got a different piece. It is worst in quality and also worst in package condition. but by the time we tried to return, we could not do it as it was paid by that time and the person who delivered also could not take it back. But when checked for return, there was no way. even when multiple emails were sent, there was no response. Can some check this fraud website and help me getting the refund. Thanks.
