Fabone Solutions — Denying to refund without giving service

Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I, SUBHASISH BARMAN went to Fabone Solutions (address:6/17A Poddar Nagar, Kol-68) after getting a phone call from a lady staff called Chaitali asking for free registration to their job consultancy. She told me that registration charge will be nil and after getting any job via them 500/- will only be charged. But when I went to Fabone Solutions on 24/12/2015 Chaitali asked 1000/- for registration and told that after getting job via them I will be charged 5000/-. I registered my name that day against 1000/- and gave my cv of 3 copies and one copy p/p size photograph to Chaitali and she said that I will get interview call within 2/3 days after I e-mail my CV to [protected]@fabonesolutions.com. I sent my CV by e-mail to the same address on 30/12/2015. After that I have asked Chaitali for interview call several times but every time she didn't talk to me and asked me to talk with her juniors. But till now they are not giving any interview call. As I realized them fraud I asked today to refund my 1000/- and they told me that they will not refund. But registration letter says that registration amount is non refundable only when: 1)candidate doesn't agree for interview calls given by them, 2)candidate doesn't go to interview after getting interview schedule 3)candidate doesn't inform them about changed contact details. But my case doesn't suit the above clauses given by them. They are yet to give me an interview call and doing fraud with me. Then they should give my registration fees return. I therefore request you to please do the needful and arrange my money back which is very worthy to me. I Attached my registration copy also here for your kind perusal.
